How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit My Orders in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please wait for delivery and initiate a return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders under ₹5,000.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available in select cities at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹79 fee applies on orders below that.

Do you ship pan-India?

Yes, we deliver to all 28 states and 8 union territories across India.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
