Go to My Orders, select the item and click "Return / Exchange".

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely. Drop it at any courier partner listed in the return email.

Quality Check
Our team inspects and approves the return within 2 business days.

Refund / Exchange
Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- ✓ Unworn items with original tags attached
- ✓ Returned within 7 days of delivery
- ✓ Original packaging intact
- ✓ Items with manufacturing defects (any time)
Not Eligible
- ✗ Items marked as final sale
- ✗ Washed or altered items
- ✗ Items returned after 7 days without defect claim
- ✗ Accessories and intimate wear (hygiene policy)
Defective or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement immediately. Email us at support@onlymenz.in with your order number and photos.
